KB440123: In MicroStrategy 10.9 Library, the comments icon for dossiers displays ‘99+’ for dossiers with more than 99 comments.

This Knowledge Base article addresses a display limitation when showing how many comments a dossier has.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
Dossier comment icon does not display the exact number of comments once over 99 comments.

CAUSE:
This is currently working as designed. Once a dossier has more than 99 comments, the comment icon will display ‘99+’ in the main Library page. All comments are still viable within the dossier collaboration component.
