SYMPTOM
In MicroStrategy 10.x, the Enterprise Manager data load hangs for hours and never finish against DB2 database.
Using below command to check the status of a data load shows below:
LIST PROPERTIES FOR CURRENT DATA LOAD IN ENTERPRISE MANAGER "EM
MACHINE" IN PORT <PORT NO>;
Data Load name = DL
Progress = 99.71
Start Date = 18 de octubre de 2016 10:08:52 CEST
End Date =
CAUSE
This is a known issue with MicroStrategy 10.x.
ACTION
This issue has been fixed in MicroStrategy 10.4 Hotfix 5 and MicroStrategy 10.8. Upgrade to the corresponding version to take advantage of the fix.
