Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
Error "cannot read property zf of undefined" appears when clicking the second chapter after moving the only one page of the first chapter to the top of the chapter in Strategy Web 10.10
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue:
1. In Strategy Web 10.10, create a new Dossier and insert a new Chapter:
2. Move Page 1 of Chapter 1 to the top of the Chapter 1:
3. Click the Chapter 2, the error appears:
An error has occurred. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact your administrator for help
Cannot read preperty 'zf' of undefined.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 10.10
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy Web 10.11, upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
