KB440434: Creating a object manager package error is given: Object with ID XXX and type 48 (Consolidation Element) is not found in metadata.

This Knowledge Base article describes how some user may experience several error messages when exporting an object manager package that recently had unused objects deleted from it.

SYMPTOM
When deleting some unused object some users may experience messages stating that certain object are not found.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
In Strategy Tutorial:
1. Create an object prompt on the Quarter attribute.
2. Create a report with the prompt created in the previous step.
3. Run the report and select Quarter when prompted.
4. Create a derived element on Quarter (this option is only available in Strategy Web, after executing the report).
5. Save the report as prompted.
6. Delete unused managed objects, which can be found in Strategy Developer, under Administration menu > Projects.
7. Create an object manager package and add the report. 
8. Click Add all used dependencies and see the error:

2017-01-27 15:58:44.570 [HOST:SYSHAH103HF2][PID:5292][THR:4840][Metadata Server][Error][0x8004140B] Object with ID '5E6DF3844284ECF14E7303B9059122F9' and type 48 (Consolidation Element) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted.

Example error 2: 

Create Project MMP Package failed Exception ProjectServices.CreateProjectPackage COM API Error 2147213377 occurred in creating new project package name The requested object with id CBCFD28B4BC8B639F81E6184838638DE and type 12 Attribute does not exist in the object context.
