SYMPTOM:
User can insert images in html container in report services document by using relative path, and it could be rendered correctly in Strategy Web, as shown below:
However the image could not be rendered when running the same document via Strategy Library 10.9, it shows a library page instead, as shown below:
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Library 10.9
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
WORDAROUND:
Use Image box to display image instead of using HTML container.
