Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM
When importing a dossier with custom color visualization, like bar graph, heat map etc, into a document, the color palette will change back to default one rather than maintaining custom one.
REPRODUCE STEPS
1.Create a dossier and custom color palette accordingly.
2 Import this dossier into a document, or select convert it to a document. The palette will change back to default color.
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.x
ACTION
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 10.10 and newer. Upgrade to Strategy 10.10 or newer release to take advantage of the fix.
