SYMPTOM:
In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to fix the first row(s) of data in a grid, particularly if there are many rows included on the grid in question.
It is not possible to lock the first row of data on a grid included on a dashboard in Strategy Web 9.3.x.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 9.3.x.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
WORKAROUND:
Include the grid on the dashboard twice, and set one to overlap the other to give the impression of the "locked" row(s) of data.
