In the Strategy Library Admin page with Strategy 10.11, users receive no error message when connecting to a stopped Intelligence Server. Since the I-Server is stopped, an error message should appear notifying users to change settings.

This is a known issue in Strategy Library 10.11. Our engineers are working to enhance the overall Strategy experience.
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Library 11.0. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
