KB440852: While creating Attribute in dashboard the error is encountered "Object (of type: Attribute) not allowed in this place."

This Knowledge Base article describes how some users experine an error message when creating an attribute in a dashboard and the code fix implemented to omit the issue.

SYMPTOMS
While creating a attribute in Dashboard in 10.4 Desktop or Web users may encounter the error "Object (of type: Attribute) not allowed in this place."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a dashboard by using 'Day' attribute in schema
2. RMC Day in dataset panel> Create Time Attribute > Quarter or Week
3. An error " (Object (of type: Attribute) not allowed in this place.Object (of type: Attribute) not allowed in this place.)". Console returns POST 500 internal server error.

This issue can be reproduced in both web and desktop and it is a regression issue from 10.4GA 
ACTION
This issue has been addressed in 10.4 hotfix 6. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of this fix. KB440852
