Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Library 10.11 for iOS, Dossier with device cache shows blank after dismissing network error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Run a dossier in Library make sure there is local cache generated.
2. Close the dossier and run it again from Library, when it is loading, turn of the wifi, a network error appears:
3. Click OK to dismiss the network error, note that a blank page is displayed. (Dossier could be opened upon reexecution)
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Library 10.11 for iOS.
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in a newer Strategy Library version, upgrade to the new version once it is available. Article Reference Number KB440907
