There is no lookup table for Subscription objects. However, records such as subscription object names and their recipients can be found in the following table:
IS_MESSAGE_FACT
For example, following SQL helps to collect a list of subscription names and their recipients:
SELECT IS_SUBS_INST_NAME, IS_RCPT_CONTACT_NAME FROM IS_MESSAGE_FACT;
