Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM
After a Dossier is defined with a grid report that has a nested prompt and executed, a second (nested) prompt page is displayed twice, having the user to choose the prompt answer twice.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an attribute element list prompt with "Customer State" attribute with the option for "save this answer when the report is run" is enabled by selecting "Multiple" for "Personal answer allowed" option in Prompt Editor.

2. Create a filter with the prompt and save as "State prompt filter"
3. Create another attribute element list prompt with "Customer City" attribute and use "State prompt filter" to reduce the number of elements to be listed for this prompt, then, save as "City prompt"

4. Create a grid report with "Customer City" attribute in the grid and "City prompt" in the filter for the grid, and save it as R1.
5. Create either Dossier or RSD with R1.
6. Execute the Dossier and select an attribute answer for "Customer State" and save the answer as "Test1."

7. Confirm the nested prompt elements are filtered by State selected at the parent level prompt, which is expected.
8. Select a City and click "Run Dossier."

9. Notice that the same prompt page displayed with the previously selected element of City re-set to none.
