Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
After installing Strategy 10.11, the icons for the three new visualizations such as Waterfall, Box Plot, and Histogram are missing when creating a Dossier on Strategy Web, as shown in the screenshot below. The visualizations work if you try to add a grid and then change to a waterfall chart), but the icons are missing for Waterfall, Box Plot and Histogram from the Gallery to all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer).
CAUSE:
This issue could occur due to an outdated web cache after the installation / upgrade of Strategy 10.11.
ACTION:
Clear the Web Admin Purge for the Cache
http://localhost/MicroStrategy/asp/Admin.aspx?pg=purgecaches
This will make icons appear in the Gallery.
