SYMPTOM:
The following error message is encountered in the DSSErrors.log file:

2013-06-04 09:21:03.817 MSIPU::RecursiveAddThreadToMostLoadedQ: Failed to add thread at RQ1-RSubQ1.
CAUSE:This error is logged if the Intelligence Server fails to assign a thread to a Processing Unit. This error is harmless and is caused when the "Balance Strategy Server threads" option is enabled under Strategy Intelligence Server Configuration > Server Definition > Advanced > Settings.
ACTION:Uncheck/disable the "Balance Strategy Server threads" option from Strategy Intelligence Server Configuration > Server Definition > Advanced > Settings.
