This knowledge base article describes an issue when connecting to MicroStrategy Library using MicroStrategy Workstation 10.11.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
Troubleshooting
The error "Configuration sessionID is not specified" is displayed when trying to connect to Strategy Library using Strategy Workstation. 
This knowledge base article describes an issue when connecting to Strategy Library using Strategy Workstation 10.11. The error message is shown below:

"Configuration sessionID is not specified"

Steps to reproduce
1) Connect to Strategy Library using Strategy Workstation and make sure it is connected.

2) When you click on any other tab, for example: dossiers, then you will see the error pop up. 
Why is this happening?
This is a known issue in Strategy Workstation 10.11.

ACKNOWLEDGED   IN-PROGRESS   SOLVED  
Next Steps
Restarting Tomcat or restarting the Strategy Library application from the Tomcat Web Application Manager will resolve the issue and users will be able to connect to Library.
