KB441155: Fiscal months not sorting properly on MicroStrategy Mobile 10.x

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
Fiscal months are sorting alphabetically on any Strategy Mobiles 10.x whereas they are sorting by month properly in Visual Insight Dashboard/Dossier on Strategy Web. Users would like for to sort by month, not alphabetically.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
This issue occurs in a Visual Insight Dashboard/Dossier in all versions of Strategy Mobile App.

1. Create a simple Visual Insight Dashboard/Dossier with Month attribute to test this.
2. When using the standalone month attribute on Strategy Web, months are sorting correctly in both Strategy Web and Mobile.
3. When creating an attribute out of standalone month attribute with Substring like below, "SubStr([Month]@DESC, 1, 3)"

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile 10.x only when the attribute is used as a substring.
 
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Support for an update on this fix since the issue has been logged to Technology.
WORKAROUND:
Use a standalone month attribute on Strategy Web to create this Strategy Mobile object. With this method, months sort correctly in both Web and Mobile.
