Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
User gets the following Application error every time when accessing to the homepage of Strategy Library 10.11. After dismissing the error, all the functions in Library works well.
CAUSE:
As highlighted in the above screenshot, one of the Dossier’s owner name have some special character like comma inside, which causes this issue in Library. This is a known issue for Strategy Library 10.11.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Library 11.0. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix when it is released.
WORKAROUND:
Remove the Dossier whose owner name has comma from the Library.
