KB441203: MicroStrategy Developer 10.x hangs when attempting to open freeform sql report editor

CAUSE
During process to open freeform sql report editor, related interface settings are loaded from register keys, which are under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MicroStrategy\DSS Agent\Report Viewer. When inproper key value is set, developer might hang. 
 
ACTION
Users can rename the "Report Viewer" registry key, forcing Developer to revert to default interface settings on the next launch.
1. Close Strategy Developer;
2. In the Registry Editor, locate the "Report Viewer" key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MicroStrategy\DSS Agent;
3. Right-click on the "Report Viewer" key, and rename it to be "Report Viewer Backup";
4. Close Registry Editor, and re-open Developer.
