Symptom:
Every new MTDI cubes appears as hidden object in Microstaretgy 10.x. Users in order to see them have to go to the object and un-hide it.
Cause:
The root cause of the issue is cube template "Blank Emma Cube Report" that is set to hidden. Every newly created MTDI cube will inherit settings from this template and automatically be created as hidden.
Action:
Go to Object Templates (it is a hidden folder, to un-hide it please see https://community.Strategy.com/s/article/KB19828-How-to-display-hidden-and-invisible-folders-objects-in). Enter Reports folder and then right click on "Blank EMMA Cube Report" and choose Properties. In section General at the bottom of displayed window there is a check box with option "Hidden". Please make sure that this is disabled. Afterwards MTDI cubes should appear as visible from default. KB441236
