This Technical note describes an issue that occurs when attempting to attempt to add the Strategy Office Plug-in in Word and Excel. Currently, this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix on an upcoming Strategy release.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and Install the Strategy Office Plug-in
2. When you are attempting to add the plug-in in Microsoft Word or Excel, you will receive the following error.
[-] Internal error: GetMSTROfficeString() - error formatting resource string MOZ_PRODUCT_NAME (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)
CAUSE:
This is an identified defect in Strategy Office Plugin.
ACTION:
Currently, this issue is resolved in Strategy 2019 and later.
