Users may find they are unable to "drill to template" on a metric in Strategy Web, even though drilling to template is possible with Strategy Developer.
The following option needs to be enabled under the Strategy Web Preferences to allow users to drill to template:
- Go to Strategy Web>Preferences>Project Defaults>Drill Mode>Common drill preferences
- Enable "Display context sensitive menu" as shown in the screenshot below:
- Save the changes.
Users should now be able to drill to template in Strategy Web.
