Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
The ability to use comments on a dossier is a powerful and effective way to collaborate with others who have that dossier in their library. Users can use the @mention to send the comment to anyone who has access to the dossier page. This allows users to collaborate in real-time across the enterprise. Many users have been noticing that the collaboration keyboard is not available in the Korean language.
This is a known limitation in Strategy 10.11 Library Mobile Application for iPhone. Our engineers are currently working to enhance the Strategy experience.
This issue was addressed in Strategy 11.0. Please consider upgrading to take advantage of the fix.
