Is it possible to have separate metrics display in different rows that have the exact same attribute elements?

Is it possible to have separate metrics display in different rows that have the exact same attribute elements?

Users may want this to occur when they are able to pull back multiple rows in the database with all attribute elements the same, except differing metric values in the rows, and the user wants each of these rows to appear instead of appearing as one row that sums the metric value. An example of this is below:

Note that all the fields are exactly the same except for "Selling_Price".

This is not supported in Strategy 9.x, as there would be no way to identify each row in this case. The summation of the metric is working as designed; there will only be one row per attribute element combination. This is a data integrity issue and thus this operation is not allowed. For more information, refer to "Warehouse Structure For Your Logical Data Model" chapter of the Project Design Guide.

WORKAROUND
The user can treat the metric as an attribute by creating an attribute corresponding to that column. This will make the rows appear separately for each value, however the user will not be able to do any calculations on that attribute.
