SYMPTOM:
Strategy Android SDK app will crash on Android OS 4.4 devices if users enabled “App Password Options” on the mobile configuration used for mobile pre-configuration.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an Android phone configuration with "App password options" enabled
2. Refer to the Android SDK documentation to pre-configure MSTR app with above configuration link
3. Install the app on an Android OS 4.4 phone, the app will crash when the first time opened
CAUSE:
This is a known defect on Strategy mobile app 10.11 for Android OS 4.4
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed on Strategy Mobile app 11.0. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix when it is released.
