SYMPTOM:
One or more attributes are selected in an object prompt and appear in the report objects window but not in the grid of the report when report is run.
Example: In the object prompt, "Employee" attribute is selected along with all the other attributes, but Employee attribute does not appear in the report grid.
CAUSE:
This occurs when the report is previously run and saved after the particular attributes are removed from the report grid.
ACTION:
In Desktop, add the problem attributes back to the grid by right-clicking on the attributes in the report objects and selecting "Add to Rows". Save and close the report with the attributes now in the grid, and then re-run the report. The attributes should then appear in the grid when selected in the prompt. If doing this in Web, these steps may have to be repeated several times until changes are saved.
