KB442228: Error "The object shown in the following hierarchy no longer exists in schema: -TableObject" is received when update schema in MicroStrategy Developer 10.x

SYMPTOM: 
When updating schema in Strategy Developer, below error appears:

Error(s) occurred while loading schema: DSSSQLEngine: Schema loading error: Population Exception: The object shown in the following hierarchy no longer exists in schema: -TableObject is not found in DFCSchema during DFC conversion.


CAUSE:
This error indicates there is a metadata inconsistency. One possible cause of this issue is that a table is not added to schema collection. 
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for further assistance. In order to track down the cause of the inconsistency, customers encountering this issue should make note of Schema-related changes, Object Migrations, or error messages prior to experiencing the problem. Change Journaling, if it has been enabled, can help in preserving this information.
