What action is required for Enterprise Manager data loader after the password is changed for Administrator user in Strategy 10.2~2019?
ANSWER:
Please take below action when the password is changed for Administrator user:
1. Restart the Enterprise Manager Data Loader service
2. Connect to Command Manager and run below command:
STOP MONITORING SERVER "I-Server" IN ENTERPRISE MANAGER "EM Server" IN PORT 9999;
START MONITORING SERVER "I-Server" IN PORT 34952 USING USERNAME "Administrator" PASSWORD "New Password"
FOR ENTERPRISE MANAGER "EM Server" IN PORT 9999;
If the password is not updated timely for Enterprise Manager, the next scheduled data load would fail.
