KB44285: "You do not have Execute access to the Attribute object ###. You do not have ### access to the %2 object %" error message appears when running a report in MicroStrategy Web after migrating objects between environments in MicroStrategy

SYMPTOM:
After migrating objects between environments, the following error message appears when executing a report (containing any of the newly migrated objects) in Strategy Web:
 

You do not have Execute access to the Attribute object ####. You do not have #### access to the %2 object %

 
When executing the same report from Developer, the error message is as follows:
 

You do not have Use access to the Attribute object ####

 
Any other report that does not contain the newly migrated objects works properly.
 
CAUSE:
This issue is encountered when the Execute permission for the newly migrated objects have not been granted for the user executing the report. This can be verified by running the report as the administrator, which should be successful. If the View permission is also missing for the user, the user will not be able to see the objects when browsing for them.
 
ACTION:
Log in with the administrator account and grant View and Execute privileges for the newly migrated objects to the required user/group as needed.
