It is currently only possible to change the owner of a subscription by using Strategy Command Manager. Users can run the ALTERSUBSCRIPTION script and update the owner for the subscription. For example, users can run:
ALTER EMAILSUBSCRIPTION GUID "<subscription GUID>" OWNER "Example User" IN PROJECT "Strategy Tutorial";
