In MicroStrategy Web, threshold is not applied in the Total of the Visual Insight Dashboard.

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.3.x-10.x, threshold is not applied in the Total of the Visual Insight Dashboard, as shown:

CAUSE:
Currently, this feature is not available in Strategy Web 9.3.x. This feature is available in Strategy Web 10.4 and newer using the Advanced Threshold Editor.
ACTION:
In the Advanced Threshold Editor define threshold to apply to Metric Only, Subtotal Only or Both Metric and Subtotals.
