SYMPTOM:
Entries are not sorted by Database Connection in the Strategy Cache Monitor in 9.x even when the Database Connection field is selected to be the sort field. The GUI indicates it should be sorting by this field but it does not do so. This can be seen in the image below.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy 9.x.
