SYMPTOM:
After selecting to install Strategy Web Services for Office, users may receive the following error in the Strategy installer:
MISSING: Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0
CAUSE:
Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 is required for installing Strategy Office or Web Services for the Strategy platform.
ACTION:
Install Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 and restart the machine before proceeding with the Strategy installation. Users can download Microsoft Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 from the following location:
