SYMPTOM:
When sending a file subscription to a valid and existing file location, the following error is seen in the DSSErrors.log:

Also, the email notification for delivery failure indicates the same error as the DSSErrors.log.
CAUSE:
One cause for this error is that the user account running the Intelligence Server process does not have access to the specified file location.
ACTION:
Check to make sure that the user account running the Intelligence Server has write permissions to the file location. If the account information (login/password) was changed recently, restart the machine for the changes to take effect.
