SYMPTOM:
When following the R Integration guide in Strategy 9.3.1, the process hangs in Web when executing the R script. The script will continue to hang and will never complete, unless it is cancelled manually.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy 9.3.1. The R script checks for installed packages and can hang when the incorrect object is returned.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on this issue.
