SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Architect 9.x and 10.x, a user modifies the "Database Name" field for a table. Upon saving, closing, and updating schema, the user notices this change did not take when viewing the same field again within Strategy Architect.
This change is used when the warehouse table name needs to be modified within Strategy to reflect a change to the warehouse table name within the warehouse. KB39859 outlines how to use this functionality.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Architect 9.x and 10.x.
ACTION:
Please contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the issue.
WORKAROUND:
Contact Strategy Technical Support if a warehouse table has been renamed and the change needs to be reflected within Strategy.
