STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create a text driver ODBC DSN and point it to a directory that contains a .csv file.
  2. Create a database instance in Desktop that uses this DSN.
  3. Update the project configuration to use this database instance.
  4. Open the Warehouse Catalog, select the newly created database instance and the error is seen.

CAUSE:
One possible cause for this issue is that the user account running the Intelligence Server does not have the required permissions to access the folder where the .csv is located.
ACTION:
Make sure that the user account running the Intelligence Server has permissions to access the folder where the .csv is located.
