SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Intelligence Server cluster 10.x, Strategy Web Administrator page is not accessible and failed with below error when one node is in hanging status:

CAUSE:
This is an expected behavior, currently failover is not supported when one node is in hanging status in Strategy Intelligence Server cluster 10.x, an enhancement request has been logged to support this feature in future Strategy release.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update of the latest status on this enhancement request.
WORKAROUND:
Restart the hanging node to join the cluster and Strategy Web Administrator page will be accessible.
