SYMPTOM
Blank box is seen when try to move the selected attribute element by right clicking it > Move in Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a report with attribute "Category" and metric "Cost". Run the report as shown below:

1. Right click one of the attribute elements > Move, and a blank box is shown as below:

 
CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x
 
ACTION
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the status of this issue.
 
WORKAROUND
Right click the attribute in column header > Move, and the options are available as shown below:
