KB44964: Lift, Leverage and Affinity statistics are not outputted when exporting the association rules model to CSV.

SYMPTOM:
 
 In Strategy Developer, Lift, Leverage and Affinity statistics are not outputted when exporting the association rules model to CSV.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Edit a predictive metric created by running a report which contains a training metric of association rule model. 
• Select ‘View Predictive Model’ from Tool menu.
  

• Click 'Export' to open Export Options.
• Click 'Export to CSV' in Export Options.
• Note that Lift, Leverage and Affinity are not outputted, as shown in the image below:
  

 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy Developer 9.x.
