KB44983: 15th digit of the metric value is rounded differently between Web and Developer in MicroStrategy 10.x

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy 10.x, the 15th digit of the metric value is rounded differently between Web and Developer, as shown in the image below:
Developer:

• Create a metric with the following expression:
  

  
  Max(ApplySimple("2560.000000 / 27130.000000", 0)) {~}
  

  
  
• Set the metric value in percent format, as shown below:
  

• Create a report which contains an attribute and the metric.
• Note that the metric value is different in Strategy Desktop and Web.    
   

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Developer 10.x
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
