This message is an indicator that the Intelligence Server has attempted to initialize Apple Newstand integration and has failed.  For the device to talk to the Apple Push Notification Service (APSN) it needs a trusted certificate in the form of a .pem file. For more information, refer to the Apple Newstand integration documentation. If Apple Newstand is not in use, then this message can be ignored.
