SYMPTOM:
Consider a report in Strategy 9.2.x - 9.4.x in which multiple rows show the same value for a metric as shown:
When this report is sent via Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.2.x - 9.4.x as Narrowcast-generated plaintext or Excel documents, these rows with identical metric values are found to be blank as shown:
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.2.x - 9.4.x.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the status of this issue.
WORKAROUND:
Use linked documents in Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.2.x - 9.4.x instead of Narrowcast-generated ones, which do not exhibit this behavior.
