SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 9.x & 10.x, only the Create Report icon is available under the Create section, as shown:
Also, it is not possible to edit existing documents:
CAUSE:
The Accessibility mode option is enabled in Web preferences, so some features is not available when this option is enabled.
ACTION:
In Web Preferences under the General section, disable the Accessibility mode option and set the Use Dynamic HTML? option to Determine automatically, due to this option is set to No when enabling the Accessibility mode:
