KB45143: Visual Insight Dashboards cannot be zoomed in when accessing them through MicroStrategy Mobile 9.x

SYMPTOM:
When accessing Visual Insight Dashboards through Strategy Mobile 9.4.0, visualizations such as Charts, Grids, and Graph Matrices cannot be zoomed in and out with the two finger pinch and zoom gesture. However, other visualizations such as Heat Map and Maps can be zoomed in with the same gesture.
 
CAUSE:
This is a known limitation with Strategy Mobile 9.4.0. Currently zooming in is only supported at the visualization level. For example, the following visualizations support zooming in: Graph Matrix, Heat Map, Network Visualization, Image Layout, Maps.
For the Graph Matrix, however, if there is only one mini-chart, it cannot be zoomed in. An enhancement request has been logged to address this.
 
ACTION:
Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 iOS Update 2 allows users to zoom in Visual Insight Graph Matrix single chart or cell. Refer to the following Knowledge Base technical note for details on it:

ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING:

1. Double-check the behavior of the zoom functionality on mobile devices for regular reports/document and not Visual Insight/Analysis. Behavior might differ according to which type of widget, grids, charts, etc. For example, take a look at TN 38967.
2. Is the zoom functionality enabled in Strategy Web for the same visualization? Because Strategy Web and Strategy Mobile are two different applications, users might see different behaviors and workflows in those platforms.
