SYMPTOM:

Users may follow the Enterprise Portal Integration Help for steps to deploy the Strategy Web Part 9.3.x or 9.4.x for SharePoint 2013. However, they may notice that after following the first step to run the 'stsadm' command to perform the installation, the following error message appears in the command prompt:

'stsadm' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

CAUSE:
The first line of step #1 instructs users to navigate to the following location in order to run the 'stsadm' command:

$your_local_drive$\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\14\BIN

However, in SharePoint 2013, the 'stsadm' file is located in the ..\15\BIN directory, not ..\14\BIN.

ACTION:
Navigate to:

$your_local_drive$\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\BIN

Instead of ..\14\BIN, then continue following the steps as described.
