The AJAX Google Graph sample provides an example of how to integrate Strategy with Google Graphs, where the data from which the graph is constructed is passed from Strategy.

What this visualization sample does, is check the graph type defined in the report, then it generates the corresponding Google Graph Visualization. The graph type has to be one of the following in order to use this sample:
•Pie
•Horizontal Bar
•Vertical Area
•Vertical Bar (default)

Users do not have to make any code changes for this to work. Follow the steps below:
1. Deploy the AJAXVisualizationSamples plugin. Steps in the MSDL: https://resource.microstrategy.com/MSDZ/MSDL/940/docs/mergedProjects/vissdk/topics/VI_AJAX_SDK_Samples.htm
2. Restart App server/Web server.
3. Enable the custom visualizations editor in Web. Steps 1-3 here: https://resource.microstrategy.com/MSDZ/MSDL/940/docs/mergedProjects/vissdk/topics/VI_Enabling_the_Visualizations_Editor.htm
4. Create a report with 1 attribute and 1 or more metrics.
5. Switch to Graph mode and first define one of the Graph types listed above. SAVE the report.
4. Next, go to Tools > Custom Visualizations.
5. Enable that top check box.
6. Scroll the list and select "Sample - Google Graph Visualization".
7. Click Ok. You should see the graph now render as a Google Graph.
