A job hanging with status "waiting for fetching results" when running a Narrowcast service pointing to an Incremental Refresh Report in MicroStrategy Developer 9.x

SYMPTOM:
 
When running a Narrowcast service pointing to an Incremental Refresh Report, a job hanging with status "waiting for fetching results" appears in Job Monitor in Strategy Developer 9.x, as shown below:

CAUSE:
Narrowcast is not compatible with Incremental Refresh Reports.  Narrowcast services should not be used to execute an Incremental Refresh Report.
