This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue that Report Services Document gets cut off when using annotation with full screen mode on Android app in MicroStrategy Mobile 9.4.0. MicroStrategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.

SYMPTOM:
In an Android devices using Strategy Mobile 9.4.0, run a report services document in full screen mode with its height greater than that of the Android device, the document gets cut off when using Annotation feature.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue in Strategy Mobile 9.4.0:

  1. Run a report services document with its height greater than that of the Android device.
  2. Choose full screen mode and scroll to the bottom of document.
  3. Press "Annotation" to add comments.
  4. The bottom of the document gets cut off. 

CAUSE:
It is a known issue in Android app using Strategy Mobile 9.4.0.
 
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
