KB45429: An object prompt that has an element prompt in it can not be dragged to report filter in MicroStrategy 9.4.x

SYMPTOM:
 
An object prompt that has an element prompt in it can not be dragged to report filter in 9.4.1
 
This can be reproduced in 9.4.1 Strategy Tutorial.

1. Create an element prompt for  the 'Call center' attribute
2. Place this element prompt into a new object prompt
3. Use default answers (0 for both minimum and maximum objects)
4. Create a new report
5. User will not be able to drag object prompt into the report filter window 

CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy 9.4.x.
 
ACTION:
 
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the status of this issue. 
 
WORKAROUND:
 
In step 3 from the symptom, if the user selects 1 for the maximum/minimum objects they will be able to drag the prompt into the report filter.
