KB45434: "Unknown" is shown in tooltip instead of the URL display text, when hovering the mouse over a metric with a link, in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1.

SYMPTOM: 
A document has an advanced threshold defined to replace data with an image:

 
If a link is defined on the column with this threshold, on mouse-over "Unknown" is shown instead of the "URL Display Text" defined in the link.
 
This issue only occurs when executing in Interactive mode, when "replace data" with image is used:

 
 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.4.1.
 
ACTION:
This issue is addressed in Strategy Web 10.x. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
 
WORKAROUND:
The correct text is shown on mouse-over, in all other display modes.
